Colusa County CAPC - Community Advocates for Parents and ChildrenColusa County has resources that meet the needs of most parents and children.  Colusa County has resources for children 0-12 years in the form of in-home childcare, home visiting, preschool, after school programs and respite care as well as programs for children with special needs ages 0-23 years.

Our County has programs offered through the Parks and Recreation department, private dance and music academies and Family Action Centers in Arbuckle and Williams which offer a variety of resources from classes, children's activities and special assistance programs.

Please contact Cindi Hudgins, 458-0300, to arrange free trainings with any group, school or staff! Cindi and four other professionals are trained and can deliver the assets with a team or individual approach!!!

Shaken Baby Syndrome Training, SBS, is available through CAPC; an easy, train the trainers model is available and the CAPC Executive Director is flexible to meet all schedules, please contact her at 458-7678/218-3577.
